This policy covers unifically.com and the UnificAlly API. Both are operated by UALLY CO LLC (identification number 405795689), a company based in Tbilisi, Georgia (the "Operator", "we", "us").
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, use our services, or contact us for support.
- Account information (username, email address)
- Payment information (processed securely through third parties)
- API usage data and logs
- Communications with our support team
- Device and browser information collected when you sign in or sign up, such as browser and operating system version, screen, timezone and language settings, graphics and hardware characteristics, and identifiers derived from them
- Your IP address, the approximate location and network type derived from it, and basic interaction signals on our sign-in pages (such as click timing and pointer movement counts, never what you type)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services
- Process transactions and send related information
- Send technical notices and support messages
- Monitor and analyze usage patterns
- Detect and prevent fraud and abuse
We use device, browser, network and interaction information to detect and prevent fraud, automated sign-ups, multiple accounts and abuse of promotions and our affiliate program, and to keep the service secure. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting our service and our users. These checks are partly automated and can result in a promotion being withheld or an account being suspended. We may use fraud-prevention and IP-reputation service providers for these checks. You can ask for any such decision to be reviewed by a person by contacting us.

5. Data Retention
How long we keep your data depends on its type:
- API request logs and task information are kept for 90 days after they are created, and are then removed.
- We do not store the prompts and replies of LLM (text model) requests. We keep only token usage information, for billing.
- Generated outputs and the input media you upload are stored temporarily and then deleted from our content delivery network. Download any outputs you want to keep.
- Account information is kept while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and its data by contacting support@unifically.com. We may keep records we are required to retain by law, such as payment and tax records.

- Delete your account and data
- Export your data
- Opt out of communications
