- Grok Imagine 2.0 is the current generation of xAI's image model line. Grok Imagine 2.0 Image is the quality-focused route for text-to-image generation and reference-based editing with up to 5 images, at $0.025 per image on Unifically.
- How is 2.0 different from the speed image model?
- Both support text-to-image and reference editing with the same five aspect ratios. The 1.0 speed model costs $0.01 per image and is tuned for fast drafts; 2.0 costs $0.025 and is tuned for final quality. Quality is selected by model ID — the old enable_pro toggle no longer exists.
- Is there a Grok Imagine 2.0 video model?
- Not yet on the API. Video generation currently runs on the Grok Imagine 1.5 line: the official 1.5 Video image-to-video build at up to 1080p, and the fast build with text-to-video and references. New 2.0 routes will be added to this page as xAI ships them.
