Unifically provides AI-powered API services including but not limited to:
- Video generation and processing
- Image creation and manipulation
- Audio and music generation
- Text processing and AI language models
3. User Accounts
Users must create an account to access our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payment and Billing
Our services operate on a pay-per-use model. Users must maintain a positive account balance to use our APIs. All payments are final and non-refundable.
5. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to use our services for:
- Illegal activities or content
- Generating harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Violating intellectual property rights
- Attempting to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
- Generating, distributing, or storing child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities
6. Service Availability
While our goal is to deliver high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Given the pricing we offer, service stability may differ from the original providers, and users acknowledge this as a conscious trade-off. We are not perfect, but we always put maximum effort into delivering a better developer experience. Your feedback is extremely valuable and helps us improve. That said, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
Unifically shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
